The cake is a sponge, complimented with either a buttercream or ganache and an optional fruit filling which is then covered with Sugarpaste for the decoration.
- Sponges: Chocolate, Vanilla, Lemon, Coffee and Walnut, Red Velvet, or Speculoos
- Complimentary Filling: Milk Chocolate Ganache, Vanilla Buttercream, Lemon Buttercream, Coffee Buttercream, Speculoos Buttercream, Praliné Buttercream, or Cream Cheese Buttercream.
- Optional filling: Raspberry Curd, Lemon Curd, Mango Curd or Salted Caramel.
